I must say, the solo gig of dempsey's on the 26/11/02 on the other day at the corner hotel was simply excellent. . it was also my first solo gig of his that i have ever been to . . .cheers stu for bringing me along. .

dempsey's george bush song (newie) is awesome. . cant wait to hear more of his new stuff. .

unfortunately i missed out on the corner hotel gig, not being a melbourne person, but paul played some of his newies at homebake and i have to agree that the one dedicated to george bush was brilliant.

it probably made cramming into that godforsaken pavillon all worth while
