well, I have never actually puchased one but I am sure anything by Mariah Carey would suck ass. I don't have a worst CD but I have some disappointing ones... like Pearl Jam's "Binaural", Madonna's "Music", Metallica's reload, Live's "Disance..." and thats all I can think of right now.

reload was fairly disapointing indeed jet age ( superjesus ) sorta turned me away, but sumo is still mad

Hmm, I dunno I can't remember, if it's that bad I probably threw it out or sold it ages ago.
I was a little dissappointed when I bought a couple of 'John Spencer Blues Explosion' cds. I saw them on Studio 22 and thought they looked really cool. I got them really cheap second hand though.
I was a little let down by 'Californication' by the chili peppers. I got bored of it very quickly, I hate to use the term 'commercial' but maybe that's what it is. I still listen to and love 'Blood Sugar Sex Magik' to this day.
I haven't bought any new You Am I or Superjesus but from what I've heard I wouldn't bother. Some of their older stuff is great though.

I liked Live's 'The Distance...' Honestly I haven't really purchased any bad cds, maybe some which I don't listen to that much anymore. I'm pretty careful about what I buy, often I make sure I hear it first

Erm .. . .let me think
Well, not that i bought it, but i listened to Bad Religion's "A New America" and was quite let down. The music was cool, but the lyrics weren't anything like Bad Religion . . there was too much production involved.
I dunno, most the discs i own i like so . . i don't have too much to say .. . .
"Machina" by Smashing pumpkins was also a big let down as well .. but i didnt buy it
yeah

Reders honestly, you're such a dickhead If you didn't purchase Machina then how the fuck do you know how good or bad it is. That kind of superficial narrow-mindedness compromises a lot of great bands and is responsible for the sorry state of popular music these days.

Very true stu, I'm not a huge pumpkins fan myself though but I wouldn't totally dismiss them like that I think Oasis really went downhill, "Standing on the shoulder..." was a letdown I'd say I didn't like "Kid A" that much either (oh boy, here comes the critisism), not because it was too weird, I just thought it was a little lacking. "Amnesiac" was better but still not as good as "Ok computer" and "The Bends" I was talking about radiohead by the way
